Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関に装着した排気ターボ過給機における軸受ハウ
    ジングに、内燃機関における潤滑油ポンプからの潤滑油
    を供給し、前記軸受ハウジングの潤滑油を内燃機関にお
    けるオイルパンに戻すようにした内燃機関において、前
    記排気ターボ過給機における排気タービンには、当該排
    気タービンを排気ガスが迂回するバイパス通路を設け、
    該バイパス蓬路中に、前記軸受ハウジングからオイルパ
    ンへの戻り油温が高くなると開くようにした安全弁を設
    けて成る排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関の安全装置。
