    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ターボチャージャのタービン側ハウジング内に２つのス
    クロール通路を並列に共通のタービンホイールに開口す
    るように設けたターボチャージャにおいて、夫々のスク
    ロール通路の途中よりタービンハウジング内をタービン
    軸線方向に延びる独立のバイパス通路を形成し、該バイ
    パス通路は、タービン下流側の排気通路にタービン軸線
    と直交する端面で開口しその端面にバイパス制御弁が設
    けられているターボチャージャの排気バイパス装置。
