第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す分解斜視図、
第２図は表示体基板に設けた発光部の拡大図、第
３図は発光部の縦断面拡大図、第４図〜第６図は
いずれも他例に於ける発光部の縦断面拡大図、第
７図は表示体基板の他例図、第８図は第７図に示
した表示体基板を用いて発光表示体を構成した場
合に於ける発光部の縦断面拡大図を示す。 （符号の説明）、図において、１，１′は表示
体基板、２はその発光部、３はマスク基板、３１
は透孔、４は絶縁板、５は発光部を封止する透光
性の熱硬化性樹脂、６はマスク基板の透孔内に充
填される透光性樹脂を示す。
第２図は表示体基板に設けた発光部の拡大図、第
３図は発光部の縦断面拡大図、第４図〜第６図は
いずれも他例に於ける発光部の縦断面拡大図、第
７図は表示体基板の他例図、第８図は第７図に示
した表示体基板を用いて発光表示体を構成した場
合に於ける発光部の縦断面拡大図を示す。 （符号の説明）、図において、１，１′は表示
体基板、２はその発光部、３はマスク基板、３１
は透孔、４は絶縁板、５は発光部を封止する透光
性の熱硬化性樹脂、６はマスク基板の透孔内に充
填される透光性樹脂を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光ダイオードなどの発光体素子を設けて形成
された発光部をマトリクス状に配設した表示体基
板と、この表示体基板の上面に設けられて、上記
表示体基板の発光部に応じた透孔を有した絶縁板
及びこの絶縁板の透孔に応じた透孔を有したマス
ク基板とを三層構造に形成して成るドツトマトリ
クス発光表示体であつて、 上記絶縁板の透孔の各々に熱硬化性の透光性樹
脂を充填して上記発光部を封止すると共に、上記
絶縁板と上記マスク基板とを非接着状態に固定し
てなることを特徴とするドツトマトリクス発光表
示体。
