Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to check the amount of a stencil paper in a liner, by providing a detector for detecting a displacement of a detecting member and outputting a signal indicative of a filling-up condition of a stencil paper. CONSTITUTION:When a container 19 is filled up with a used stencil paper 4, a detecting plate 35 is pushed to the downstream side by the stencil paper 4, and is deviated counterclockwise with a pivotal shaft 34 as a center against the second torsion spring 39. As a result, the second lever 36 is also deviated counterclockwise, and a magnet piece 37 is separated from a magnetic sensor 38, so that a signal indicative of the container 19 being filled up with the used stencil paper 4 is outputted from the sensor 38. By the output, starting of the stencil dismounting and containing device 15 is inhibited, and this condition is indicated on a control panel on a main body of the device. Accordingly, the operator is relieved of the trouble in constantly checking the amount of the stencil paper in a receiving member.

The discharged plate storage device described in the above-mentioned publication includes a pair of mutually meshing conveying spur gears (base paper conveying means) on the downstream side,
A liner (receiving member for base paper) with a cross-section is provided,
The liner is configured to store used base paper from a rotary copying machine. When the inside of the liner is filled with used raw material discharge plates, the liner is removed upward and the raw paper is discarded together with the liner, but this liner is not equipped with a full amount detector.

This is due to neglecting to check the amount of base paper in the liner, and if the liner is filled with more than a certain amount of base paper, the paper will also become entangled with the conveying spur gear, making it extremely difficult to remove the base paper. This is because it accompanies it.

) is provided with a detection plate (35) as a detection member whose upper end edge is fixed to a support shaft (34) extending parallel to the swing axis (26) of the cover (27). ing. The base end of a second lever (36) is fixed to the end of this support shaft (34), and a magnet piece (37) is fixed to the free end of this second lever (36). . A magnetic sensor (38) as a magnetic detection means made of a reed switch, a Hall element, etc. is provided at a portion of the device body (1) corresponding to the magnet piece (37). A second torsion spring (39) is attached to the support shaft (34) to bias the detection plate (35) clockwise (counterclockwise in FIG. 3). The free end of the detection plate (35) is biased toward the upstream side until it is filled with used base paper (4) (FIG. 7). At this time, the second lever (36) is also biased clockwise, and the magnetic sensor (38) approaches the magnet piece (37). Therefore, from this magnetic sensor (38),
A signal indicating that the container (19) is not yet full of base paper (4) is output.

However, when the container (19) is filled with used base paper (4), the detection plate (35) is pressed downstream by the base paper (4), and this detection plate (35) It is biased counterclockwise about the support shaft (34) against the torsion spring (39) (FIG. 8). Then, the second lever (36) is also biased counterclockwise, and the magnet piece (36) is biased counterclockwise.
7) is separated from the magnetic sensor (38), and the magnetic sensor (38) outputs a signal indicating that the container (19) is full of used base paper (4). By this output, activation of the discharged master storage device (15) is prohibited, and a display to that effect is displayed on the operation panel (not shown) of the device main body (1).
