Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は押釦チユーナに係り、コイルユニツト
及び回路ケースを手動同調力伝達機構の巾及び高
さ内でフレーム上に取付固定すると共に、回路ケ
ースを該伝達機構との間に介在した支持板により
支持する構成とすることにより、構成を小型化し
且つ強固としうる押釦チユーナを提供することを
目的とする。

なわしめ、全体として構成を薄型化たものがあ
る。これによれば構成的には更にフレームの前方
一側に形成した折曲板部に手動同調軸の回転力を
上記カム板に伝達する伝達機構が固設され、又フ
レームの伝達機構後方に上記カム板に一体保持し
た複数のμ同調コアを夫々出入される複数のμ同
調コイルユニツトが固設され、更に必要に応じて
上記コイルユニツトにμ同調回路ケースが固設さ
れている。しかるにこの場合、上記伝達機構及び
複数のコイルユニツトは夫々構成及び組付けが面
倒であるという問題があつた。

け一のコイルユニツトとしたものを夫々提案して
上記問題点を解決したが尚次の問題点があつた。

このときシールドケース33外面はコイルケース
22の支持板部22cに当接又は近接対向する。
尚カム板4の各コア5はコイルケース22の各孔
22aを介して夫々コイルボビン24a又は30
内に適宜挿入されたことになる。

述する支持板41の取付後に自動車のダツシユボ
ードの凹部に収納する際に収納作業が容易である
と共に、回路ケース29が傷むことがない。

ケースはコイルユニツト及び支持板の2個所によ
り支持されてふらつき及びガタのない構成とな
り、単に支持板を設けるのみで構成を安定且つ強
固にしえ性能を向上しえ、又コイルユニツト及び
回路ケースは前後方向に手動同調力伝達機構の巾
及び高さ内に納まるため、この押釦チユーナを例
えば自動車のダツシユボードの凹部内に収納する
際押釦チユーナの横巾の一端及び高さを上記手動
同調力伝達機構の外形で規制することができ、全
体を小型化しうると共に収納時の回路ケースのゆ
がみ、端子の損傷等がなく信頼性を向上しうる等
の特長を有する。
