Claims (1)
- 中空半球体から形成さた、その開口部を支持部
材で閉止してなる球面ドーム状シエル内に圧電素
子を入れ、これに予備圧縮力を付加した状態で上
記圧電素子を電気的に駆動し、上記球面ドーム状
シエルから媒体側に音波を発するべく形成される
ドーム型振動子の予備圧縮力印加構造において、
上記球面ドーム状シエルの内周面に円環状の上記
圧電素子の外周を直接接触せしめ、上記内環状の
圧電素子の軸方向断面をテーパ状に形成し、上記
支持部材で上記球面ドーム状シエルを閉止して該
圧電素子をその軸方向に押圧した状態で上記球面
ドーム状シエル内に収納すべく形成することを特
徴とするドーム型振動子の予備圧縮力印加構造。
