A piezoelectric element is attached to a part configured to detect thread breakage, and a piezoelectric element is attached to the wire to detect the vibration frequency caused by thread friction generated on the wire to detect the presence or absence of a thread. The structure is such that the signal of the piezoelectric element can be efficiently derived and these connecting devices can be easily assembled.

This method focuses on the fact that when a guide member that comes into contact with the thread passing section is appropriately provided, the guide member rubs against the thread and generates a natural vibration, and the natural vibration is detected and the thread passes through the thread. This is to detect the presence or absence of. In addition, such yarn breakage detection is extremely effective when applied to yarn guide members installed in ring spinning machines, such as snail wires, anti-node rings, and especially to rappet snail wires. This is what operations managers desire most. Based on these, the present applicant has made various proposals for attaching the piezoelectric elements described above to the snail wires of the rappets provided in a ring spinning machine, and has also made various proposals regarding the rappets to which these elements are attached.

ラペツトの取付装置が望まれる。 By the way, it is difficult in terms of equipment and investment to install a transmission detection device on each rappet to detect such vibration signals, and it is desirable to detect them centrally and notify them. . However, many rappets installed in ring spinning machines and ring twisting machines are arranged in a row and move up and down. Furthermore, cotton dust tends to accumulate around the rappet attachment area, so various blowing or wiping devices are installed. Therefore, there is a need for a rappet mounting device that does not allow connection terminals or connection cords to protrude from the area around the pet attachment, allows for convenient wiring as described above, and allows for easy assembly.

is held by the rail 4 and raised and lowered while the spun yarn Y is wound around the bobbin 8 via the trapper 6 to form the package 7. Furthermore, anti-node ring 9
The rappet 3 also moves up and down in forming the package 7. The above-mentioned rappets 3 are attached to the rappet bar 10, but when attaching them, it is important to note that each rappet can be replaced and the attachment position can be adjusted, and that the lead terminal wires 14, 14' can be connected and wired easily as described above. It is to be configured so that
That is, it is preferable in terms of space to arrange a wiring board 15, which is an insulating board made of a resin material with printed wiring, on the lappet bar 10. When arranging the wiring board, it is advantageous that the back side of the wiring board 15 can be made of only an insulator and come into contact with the lappet bar 10, and a suitable attachment and engagement portion can be formed. In addition, by forming an engagement hole in the non-wiring part of the wiring board 15 and engaging the protrusion formed on the rappet bar 10, or by forming a mounting groove in the mounting surface of the rappet bar 10, the installation and retention can be ensured. It can be configured to restrict the mounting side and direction of the plate 15. Further, the wiring board 15 is formed by dividing it into lengths for 4 to 8 spindles (FIG. 4 shows a 6-spindle type), and connecting terminal portions 19 are provided at both ends of the wiring surface side (front side). Form. A contact surface 18 is formed on the front side of the wiring board 15, on which the terminals 14, 14' protruding from the mounting rappet 3 come into contact.
These terminal portions 19, contact surfaces 18, wiring connecting these, and the like are formed in substantially the same shape on each wiring board 15, thereby making the wiring boards compatible.

The rappet 3 is installed by inserting bolts through holes (not shown) formed in the rappet bracket 13, through holes 23 formed in the insulating plate 16, holes 21 in the wiring board 15, and holes 10' formed in the rappet bar 10. Pass it through and attach it with a nut. Similarly to the wiring board 15, the insulating plate 16 is also formed by dividing it into lengths for 4 to 8 spindles (the figure shows 6 spindles) to ensure compatibility.
The wiring board 15 is formed with a length excluding the connecting terminal portions 19 formed on both ends of the front side of the wiring board 15. That is, the wiring board 15
The insulating plate 16 provided on the front side of the wiring board 15 is attached so as to form a gap except for the adjacent connecting terminal part 19, and a connecting plate 17 is provided in the gap to fill the gap. . The connection plate 17 is provided with contacts 27 for connecting the connecting terminal portions 19 formed on the wiring board 15 to each other. Further, the connection plate 17 is attached and held by being pressed and held by rappets 3, 3 attached on both sides thereof (FIG. 5). In order to regulate the holding of these positions, a hooking hole 20 is formed inside the connecting terminal portion 19 of the wiring board 15, and the protrusions 26, 26 formed on the connecting board 17 are connected to the adjacent wiring board 1, respectively.
It is recommended that it be constructed so as to engage with the engagement holes 20, 20 of No.5. That is, the back side of the connecting plate 17 (the opposite side to the rabbet mounting side) has a vertical groove 24 formed therein as shown in FIG. Horizontal grooves 25 are formed. In each groove 25, a contact 27 is inserted.
are arranged, and the protrusions 26, 26 are formed in a part of the central row of peaks formed by the grooves 25. Also, contact 2
7 is formed by punching out an elastic metal plate and bending it into a corrugated shape so that the bent crest protrudes from the groove 25, and the plate portion 27' is inserted into the vertical groove 24. Place it in the Note that an adhesive may be used in conjunction with the arrangement of the contactor 27 in the groove of the connection plate 17.

ある糸切れ検出用ラペツトの取付装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. A rappet mounting device in which a piezoelectric element is attached to a member integrally formed with a snail wire and a detection signal of the piezoelectric element is extracted, the rappet mounting bar having an insulating material printed on it. A wired wiring board is provided, and the terminals taken out from the rappets are connected to the connection surface provided on the wiring board. The wiring board is each composed of a divided board consisting of a specific plurality of spindles, and the terminals taken out from the rappets are connected to the connection surface provided on the wiring board. 1. A device for attaching a lappet for thread breakage detection, characterized in that connection terminal portions are formed in a connectable array, and the terminal portions are configured to be connected to each other. 2. The device for attaching a rappet for thread breakage detection according to claim 1, wherein the connecting plates for connecting the terminals formed at both ends of the wiring board are formed of a part of an insulating plate. 3. In claim 1 or 2, the connection plate that connects the terminals formed at both ends of the wiring board is configured so that it is held in pressure contact with rappets or mounting plates attached on both sides of the connection plate. A mounting device for a lappet for thread breakage detection.
