[Prior art] Continuous furnaces are equipped with rolls or other conveying means in the furnace to continuously feed the heated material and perform heat treatment efficiently, and are generally suitable for mass production and have the characteristics of being able to reduce labor. However, if scale that has fallen from the heated objects accumulates on the hearth surface, it may deteriorate thermal efficiency or cause trouble in transporting the heated objects. This work required a great deal of effort and time. On the other hand, last year, in order to save energy, some continuous furnaces were designed with a narrow space inside the furnace to the extent that the objects to be heated could pass through, but in such cases, people could not enter the furnace, so cleaning the inside of the furnace was difficult. It was especially difficult to repair the inside of the reactor.

[Means for Achieving the Object] In order to achieve the object, the continuous furnace of the present invention has a furnace body with a hearth portion formed separately from a furnace wall portion, and a furnace body with a hearth portion formed separately from the furnace wall portion. It is configured so that it can be separated from the furnace wall and lowered directly below, and a passage is formed directly under the hearth through which a cart can run, and the hearth is separated from the furnace wall and supported on the cart for transport. It is characterized by being configured so that it can be used.

In the continuous furnace configured in this way, during operation, the hearth part 8,
8... are supported by support rods 16, 16..., respectively, and the scale receivers 22a, 22b are closed to prevent outside air from entering. When performing maintenance and inspection on the hearth, the cart 25 is stopped directly under each hearth portion 8, 8, . Corresponding guide hole 3 of...
3. Fit the hearth part into the lifting table 2.
8, and the support rods 16, 16, . . . are retracted. Then, when the table lifter 27 is lowered, the hearth part 8 is mounted on the carriage 25 as shown by the dashed line in the figure, and the main carriage 25a is moved along the rails 26 and 26 in the passage 24. Furthermore, by running the child cart 25b along the rail 32 into the horizontal passage 31, the hearth parts 8, 8, . . . can be carried out to the outside. Therefore, if necessary, repair or replace the hearth parts 8, 8, etc., then place it on the cart 25 again, transport it to the original stopping position, and raise the table lifter 27. Only the hearth can be easily repaired or replaced. Furthermore, after the hearth parts 8,8, . Note that the scale receiver 22a.
