Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vertical type for continuously heat-treating an object to be heated such as a metal strip in an atmosphere gas such as a reducing gas or a non-oxidizing gas. It is related to Matsufuru furnace. 2. Description of the Related Art A vertical Matsufuru furnace has the advantage of requiring less installation space than a horizontal Matsufuru furnace. Conventionally, continuous bright annealing of an object to be heated such as a stainless steel strip or a high nickel alloy strip has been conventionally performed. It is widely used for business. In general, Matsufur, which surrounds an object to be heated in an insulated furnace and protects the object from oxidation, is exposed to a burner flame and oxidized, and at the same time becomes high temperature and causes creep deformation. Therefore, the life is 1 to 3 years. Therefore, it must be replaced periodically. [0004] However, in the case of the above-mentioned vertical Matsufuru furnace, the replacement work of the Matsufuru is very difficult, unlike the horizontal type. That is, in the vertical Matsufuru furnace, the heating zone, the cooling zone, etc. are continuous in a vertical straight line, and the Matsufuru cannot be taken out in the furnace length direction. There was a problem that dismantling and rebuilding were very expensive. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has a cylindrical shape surrounding a heated object which is vertically conveyed into a cylindrical insulated furnace arranged in a vertical state. a vertical type Matsufuru furnace formed by providing a Matsufuru, support of the construct
Cooling chamber, the lower end of the heat treatment chamber of the heating chamber such as an upper end of the Matsufuru
with linked via a bellows-shaped tube, the horizontal guide rails for supporting the cross
heat furnace body Wherein the heat-insulating furnace body is vertically divided into two parts, and one of the heat-insulating furnace bodies can be horizontally moved along the guide rail together with the Matsufur. It is. Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an insulating furnace body constructed of a heat-insulating refractory brick in a cylindrical shape, and frames 2, 2 are constructed on both sides of the insulating furnace body 1, and horizontal guide rails 3 are provided on the frames 2, 2. , 3 are laid. The bracket 4, 4 which project on both sides the outer surface of the heat insulating furnace body 1 wheel 5,5 are provided respectively, the heat insulating furnace body 1 by bridging multiply the wheel 5,5 on the guide rails 3 Are supported on guide rails 3, 3 via wheels 5, 5. Reference numeral 7 denotes a cylindrical pine fur provided in the heat insulating furnace body 1. A bolt nut 9 is fixed to a lower end of the matsu full 7 on a flange portion 8 thereof, and an inlet throat 10 is connected thereto. Further, a bellows-shaped cylinder 13 is connected to an upper end of the matsu full 7 by fastening a bolt nut 12 to a flange portion 11. Reference numeral 14 denotes a cooling chamber supported by a construction (not shown). Reference numerals 15 and 15 denote fans for circulating cool air. The lower end of the cooling chamber 14 is a bellows-shaped cylinder with a bolt nut 17 fixed to a flange portion 16. 13 is connected to the upper end. The metal strip 18 to be heated is a turning roll 19
, And is guided to the entrance throat 10 through the seal roll 23 to ascend in the Matsufuru 7. Then, it is heated to a predetermined temperature by indirect heating by a burner (not shown),
It is cooled in the cooling chamber 14. Then, the deflecting rolls 20 and 21 in the protection cylinder 22 are turned to descend and descend to the outside through the seal rolls 24, and the deflecting rolls 25 are turned to move horizontally. In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the heat-insulating furnace body 1 is vertically divided into a main body 1a and a sub-body 1b. Flange 2 each
The heat insulating furnace body 1 is formed by joining the flanges 26 and 27, and one of the main body portions 1a is connected to the brackets 4, 4, wheels 5,
5 supports the guide rails 3 and 3 so that they can be moved. In the vertical pine full furnace configured as described above,
When replacing the Matsufuru 7, first, the flange portion 11 is detached from the bellows-shaped tube 13 by removing the bolt and nut 12 to contract the bellows-shaped tube 13, and the bolt and nut 9 of the flange portion 8 is removed to release the inlet throat 10. And flange 2
The wheels 5, 5 are rolled on the guide rails 3 together with the matsu full 7 by releasing the wheels 6, 27 so that the main body 1a is horizontally moved laterally as shown by a chain line in FIG. By doing so, the main body 1a and the pineapple 7 can be detached from the sub-body 1b, and can be replaced with a new pineapple using a crane truck or the like. After the replacement is completed, the replacement operation can be performed in a short time only by returning the main body 1a along the guide rail 3.3 and joining the flanges 26 and 27 together. As described above, the vertical Matsufuru furnace of the present invention is
The insulated furnace body is divided vertically and the top of Matsufuru is a building
Through the lower end of a heat treatment chamber such as a cooling chamber
When replacing Matsufuru because it is connected
Disconnects the bellows-like cylinder to shrink the bellows-like cylinder,
One of the divided insulated furnace bodies is
Pine full by simply moving it horizontally along the
Come, there is a beneficial effect that can significantly reduce the cost required for the easy if tightening Runode Matsufuru replace the work.
