回路の信号入力端子及び前記第２帰還抵抗の他端
間に挿入される可変抵抗器とから成り、該可変抵
抗器の可動接片の摺動位置に応じて前記増幅回路
の信号入力端子に印加される音響信号のレベル調
整を行う様にすると共に該増幅回路の増幅率を変
化させる様にしたことを特徴とする音響増幅器の
