吸気絞弁の開度を所定開度に制御する吸気絞弁制
御手段と、設定された吸気絞弁開度若しくはこれ
に関連する運転状態に応じて前記バイパス流量制
御弁駆動手段を作動制御しバイパス流量制御弁を
