通孔が形成され、他方回転刃の中央には上記固定
刃の貫通孔を通つて固定刃の背面に臨み、回転せ
しめられた時に周面に形成された螺線部によつて
固定刃の背面側から、コーヒー豆を固定刃と回転
刃間に供給させることができると共に、内部に電
動機の出力軸と嵌合することができる嵌合孔が形
成された円筒形の豆送り部が突設されたコーヒー
ミル用カツターに於いて、上記固定刃２及び回転
刃１の本体部分１ｂは、各々の対向面が中心に行
くに従い次第に深くなる皿状に形成され、この皿
状の面に、中心ベース３１部分に近い部分の仮想
円３５に引いた接線のようにして刃部１ａ，２ａ
が形成され、各刃部は中心部分から周縁領域に行
くに従い摩砕面３０として平坦に形成され、且つ
上記回転刃の豆送り部５と回転刃の本体部分１ｂ
はロストワツクス法によつて一体的に形成されて
