- テーパー部と、このテーパー部の外側に連続す
る湾曲部とを有する上下一対のセンタープレート
間でダイヤフラムを挾持固定したダイヤフラム装
置において、前記センタープレートのテーパー部
と湾曲部との間に平坦部を設け、この平坦部間で
ダイヤフラムを挾持固定することを特徴とするダ
イヤフラム装置。
