スが増すに従ってその操作も複雑化している状況下にお
いては、中継台扱者は混乱を招き、どの様なサービスが
あり、またその操作手順を行なえばよいか分らず、サー
ビスを有効活用できず、また操作ミス等によるサービス
低下を生じていた。

欠点を除去し、中継台扱者の操作を容易とした中継台に
おける操作手順表示方式を提供することにある。
