とボルトとで確実に固定した後、この凹溝内のゴ
ムと接着するようにゴムを弁体主部の側面にライ
ニングさせた技術が提案された。すなわち、この
従来技術では、ゴムとゴムとの接着でその接合を
強固にして前記の剥離を防ごうとしたものであつ
たが、凹溝の形成や凹溝のゴムライニング、更に
は押え板の止め付けなど、製作性に劣るという欠
点があつて、簡単な構造の弁体が望されていた。
