間を接続する際に、ゴム輪体の一部が正常位置に
止まらずして接合圧によりずれ動いたり、ねじれ
たりして浮き離れて完全な水密接合を妨げるとい
う問題が生ずる。

においても該面に密着するために、アーチ形カル
バート間を接続する際にゴム輪体の一部がずれ動
いたりねじれたりすることが解消して水密接合を
全うするという効果がある。
