転体6の回転量の少なくともいずれかを調整することに
より精白米7bの色度を変化せしめて設定の色度を得よ

より調整される玄米7aの供給量は、色度計4にて測定
された色度(白皮)が高い場合、即ち設定値より白過ぎ
る場合、には多(し、反対に色度(白皮)が低い場合に
は少なくなるように調整する。玄米7aの供給量を多く
すると、精米機2内での個々の玄米7aに対する精米力
、いいかえるならば玄米7aの単位加工力、が低下し、
精白米7bの色度が低下することになり、反対に供給量
を少なくすると玄米7aの単位加工力が向上し色度が上

13へそれをフィードバックすることにより、一層確実
な玄米7aの供給量の調整が為し得るものであう・
尚、実施例では精米機2を用いた精白米7bの色度調整
について説明したが勿論これに限定されず、小豆その他
の穀類の「加工機」一般に採用可能である。更に供給量
の調整だけでなく、これに加えて(又はこれに代えて)
精米機の力(使用電力、ア・ンペア)を調整するように
すれば、より一層好適な白変調整が為し得るものである
