[Detailed description of the invention] This invention allows the bucket belt to be properly attached without coming off from the belt when the object to be transported is transported by a rotating bucket cart, and also causes the phenomenon of frame breakage and generation of abnormal noise. The present invention relates to an improvement of a bucket mounting device in a bucket elevator that allows quiet transportation without any trouble.

Conventionally, in bucket elevators, in which a large number of buckets are attached to the surface of a belt with bolts, and objects to be conveyed are conveyed by the rotating buckets, there is a risk that objects to be conveyed may get caught between the belt and the buckets and break during the conveyance operation. It is generally well known that the head of the bolt for the frame or bucket attachment device collides with the metal rotating pulley, causing abnormal noise and even causing the bucket to vibrate from side to side. As a means to prevent this from occurring, two protruding protrusions of appropriate height are provided on the back side of the bucket at an interval, and a plurality of bolts are inserted through the bucket between the two protruding protrusions. A bucket belt mounting device has been proposed in which a hole is provided and a belt and a bucket belt are integrally mounted using a bolt and nut passed through the bolt through hole.

However, in the case of the structure described above, when attaching the bucket belt to the belt, the belt is forced to tighten between the two bulging protrusions by tightening the bolt so that a part of the belt is brought into close contact with the back side of the bucket belt. As a result of being fitted into the belt, the insertion depth of the fitted belt will inevitably be the same as the height of the bulging protrusion, and during long-term use, the head of the bolt will move toward the belt side due to the repulsive force of the elastic belt itself. There is a drawback that the bolt may come out of the drilled through hole and the bucket may fall off the belt.

In view of the foregoing, the present invention provides a bucket belt mounting device for a bucket elevator that can completely eliminate the accidents of buckets falling off during use as described above, and can simultaneously prevent the frame of transported objects from being broken and the generation of abnormal noises. The configuration of the device of the present invention will be described below with reference to each embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.

Numeral 3 denotes a spacer having a function of forming a predetermined gap 4 between the belt 1 and the bucket 2 to prevent the conveyed object from being caught between the belt 1 and the bucket 2, and a function of firmly attaching the bucket 2 to the belt 1. The spacer 3 is generally circular in shape.
A circular recess 5 into which a part of the belt 1 is recessed is formed on the side facing the belt 1, and a bolt through hole 6 is drilled in the center. The depth of the recess 5 is set so that a part of the belt 1 is recessed into the recess 5.
The depth must be such that the head 8 of the bolt 7 which penetrates the belt 1, the spacer 3 and the bucket 2 does not protrude inward from the inner surface of the belt 1 when the bolt 7 is fitted into the spacer 3. Nut 9 is screwed onto the bolt 7.

Therefore, the bucket belt 2 is firmly attached to the belt 1 via the spacer 3 with the bolt 7 and nut 9, so that the bucket belt 2 does not vibrate.
The object to be conveyed can be conveyed accurately, and the depth at which the belt 1 sinks into the recessed part 3 is made as shallow as possible, and the head 8 of the bolt 7 is drilled into the belt 1 side by the repulsive force of the belt 1 itself. A gap that not only prevents objects from falling out of the holes 10 and prevents the bucket 2 from falling off the belt 1, but also prevents conveyed objects from being caught between the belt 1 and the bucket 2. 4 and at the same time bolt 7
The head 8 of the belt 1 is prevented from protruding from the inner surface of the belt 1, thereby eliminating any abnormal noise and allowing the conveyed object to be conveyed in a quiet state.

In the embodiments described above, the spacer 3
is used as a single independent member, and the spacer 3 is integrally formed on the back side of the bucket bag 2 as in the other embodiment shown in FIG. 3 to achieve the same effect as described above. You can force it.

In short, the present invention provides a recessed portion 3 in which a part of the belt 1 can be inserted into the side facing the belt 1 between the belt 1 and the bucket 2 in a bucket elevator.
A spacing body 3 with a bolt through hole 6 drilled in the center is provided, and the belt 1 and bucket belt 2 are integrally attached by bolts 7 and nuts 8 that pass through the spacing body 3. By forming an appropriate gap 4 between the belt 1 and the bucket 2 during conveyance work, it is possible to prevent the conveyed object from being caught in the frame and causing the frame to break, or from generating abnormal noise. In order to prevent side-to-side vibration and allow the conveyed object to be conveyed in a quiet state, the immersion depth of the belt 1 is made extremely short so that the head 8 of the bolt 7 separates from the belt 1 and the bucket 2 is removed. This has the effect of completely eliminating accidents such as falling off.
