[Detailed description of the invention] A three-dimensional automated warehouse system in which the bottom surface of box-shaped items containing parts or documents, etc., is slidably carried into and out of three-dimensional shelves using a transporter such as a stacker-type crane. In this article storage device, in order to easily and smoothly carry the box-like stored items into and out of the three-dimensional shelf by the transporter, the bottom surface of the box-like stored item, the support surface of the shelf, and the lifting platform of the transporter are It is desirable that there is little friction between the support surface and the support surface.

However, when a horizontal force such as an earthquake is applied,
If the friction is small, the box-shaped items stored on the shelves will slip and protrude toward the passageway of the conveyor,
Or, there was a sufficient risk of falling from the shelf into the aisle.

In the system described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-92608, a shelf board is stretched across the entire bottom of each shelf booth, and the base end of a plate-shaped locking member is located at the back of this shelf board. The front end of this plate-shaped locking member is bent at a right angle centering on the frontage direction, and further bent downward at the front end so as to be inclined diagonally downward toward the front. .

In addition, the base end of the plate-shaped locking member is installed in a cantilevered manner at the back of the shelf, and the elastic force of this locking member itself is used to return the plate-shaped locking member upward. , the work of attaching the locking member is troublesome, the plate-shaped locking member tends to bend downward under its own weight, and when a box-shaped article is locked to the bent portion at the tip of the locking member, the tip of the plate-shaped locking member is easily bent downward. When a force is applied to the bent portion in the drawing direction, the tip bent portion deforms in the drawing direction and is likely to come off.

The present invention relates to an improvement in the measurement of box-shaped stored items to prevent them from slipping out, which overcomes these difficulties.A large number of shelf booths are arranged vertically, horizontally, and horizontally, and the box-shaped stored items are moved onto the shelves by a transport machine. In the shelves that are slidably carried in and out of the booth, each shelf booth is configured by a pair of left and right angle-shaped support members arranged on both sides of each shelf booth, and a pair of left and right angle support members in each shelf booth are configured. A locking member is pivotally supported at the frontage end of the horizontal inner edge of the shaped support member so as to be rotatable about a direction perpendicular to the frontage surface, and the locking step portion of the locking member is rotatably supported at the frontage end of the horizontal inner edge of the support member. It is bent upward at a right angle about a direction parallel to the axis, and the upper surface of the locking step is formed to be inclined obliquely downward toward the front, so that the upper surface of the locking step is always positioned upward. It is characterized by a coil spring fitted coaxially with the pivot shaft of the locking member, and its purpose is not only to ensure safety in the event of an earthquake, but also to simplify the operation of the conveyor. The object of the present invention is to provide a device for preventing stored objects from slipping out.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the elastic force of the coil spring is such that when the box-shaped stored object is stored in a normal position, the upper surface of the locking step is always located upward. , and the lower edge of the frontage surface of the box-shaped storage is engaged with the locking step of the locking member, so even if an external force such as an earthquake acts, the locking member will hold the box-shaped It is extremely safe for the stored items to neither protrude from the shelves nor fall into the aisles.

Further, in the present invention, with the bottom surface of the box-shaped stored item set at a height slightly above the supporting surface of the shelf booth, the box-shaped stored item is moved in the depth direction of the shelf booth by a conveyor. If you move it to
The upper surface of the locking step of the locking member is pressed by the bottom surface of the box-shaped storage, and rotates around a direction perpendicular to the frontage surface against the elastic force of the coil spring, and the box Stored objects such as the above are easily carried into the shelf booth.

Furthermore, in the present invention, a locking member is pivotally supported at the horizontal inner edge frontage end of the pair of left and right angle-shaped support members in each shelf booth so as to be rotatable about a direction perpendicular to the frontage surface. Even if a pulling force or pushing force in a direction perpendicular to the plane is applied to the locking member, no bending load is applied to the pivot shaft of the locking member, and a force along the longitudinal direction is applied to the pivot shaft of the locking member.
The pivot shaft can reliably bear this force without causing bending deformation.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the locking step portion of the locking member is bent upward at a right angle centering on a direction parallel to the pivot axis of the locking member, so that the locking step portion of the locking member When a pull-out force or push-in force is applied in a direction parallel to the pivot axis, the locking member has high rigidity in this direction and is unlikely to deform, and the box-shaped stored item will not come off from this locking step. It is possible to maintain the locked state reliably and firmly.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 8, and 9, the container support members 4 that support the containers 8 are formed in an angular shape and are arranged opposite to both sides of each shelf booth 2. Since it is sufficient to simply install the container support member 4, there is no need to extend the container support member 4 over the entire width direction of each shelf booth 2, and a small amount of shelf material is required, making it possible to reduce costs.

In addition, since the locking member 42 is rotatably supported at the open end of the horizontal side edge of the container support member 4 via a hinge 41 in a direction perpendicular to the frontage surface, the work of installing the locking member 42 is simplified. It becomes very easy to understand.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the vertically rising piece 42a and the locking step 42b of the locking member 42 are bent vertically upward at right angles, so that the locking member 42 is bent vertically upward at a right angle. The locking member 42 has a high bending rigidity and is not easily deformed by a force applied to the locking step portion 42b in a direction perpendicular to the frontage surface. As a result, the container 8 is securely locked to the locking member 42.

In the above embodiment, the hook 13 is configured to be moved up and down, but it can also be applied to a structure in which the hook 13 is simply reciprocated in the horizontal direction. In this case, instead of raising the hook 13, What is necessary is to raise the loading platform 12.

In a shelf where a large number of shelf booths are arranged vertically and horizontally, and box-shaped stored items are slidably carried in and out of the shelf booths by a conveyor, a pair of left and right shelves are placed on both sides of each shelf booth. Each shelf booth is configured with angle-shaped support members arranged at the horizontal inner edge frontage ends of the pair of left and right angle-shaped support members in each shelf booth, which are rotatable about a direction perpendicular to the frontage surface. A locking member is pivotally supported on the locking member, and a locking step portion of the locking member is bent upward at a right angle about a direction parallel to the pivot axis of the locking member, and the upper surface of the locking step portion is bent forward. The locking member is formed to be inclined obliquely downward toward the locking member, and a coil spring is fitted coaxially with the pivot shaft of the locking member so that the upper surface of the locking step portion is always positioned upward. Device to prevent stored items from slipping out.
