一部に可動体を配設し、該可動体の内側面に前記弾性部
材の適宜位置を固定すると共に、該可動体の外側面と前
記空洞部内面との間に前記弾性部材より弾性定数の小さ
い補償用弾性部材を配設し、前記ホルダー及び補償用弾
性部材に径方向に向う孔を穿設し、前記可動体の該孔に
対向する位置に凹部を設け、前記孔内に固定用部材を圧
入固定すると共に、該固定用部材の先端は前記凹部内面
と接近させて当該凹部内に突出させたことを特徴とする
