共に前記空洞部内面と前記弾性部材との間の一部に磁性
材料にて形成した可動体を配設し、該可動体の内側面に
前記弾性部材の適宜位置を固定すると共に、該可動体の
外側面と前記空洞部内面との間に前記弾性部材より弾性
定数の小さい補償用弾性部材を配設し、ホルダー外面の
前記可動体の略中心部分に対応する位置に永久磁石を配
設することにより前記可動体を磁力固定したことを特徴
