摺動自在に嵌合されてこの第二の流体室と前記第三の流
体室とを仕切るピストンロツドと、このピストンロツド
に穿設されて当該ピストンロンドの先端面と外周面とに
開口すると共に該ピストンロンドの前記第一の流体室側
への変位により前記スプールで塞がれる開閉通路と、前
記シリンダブ冶ツクに設けられて流体圧制御対象物の流
体室に接続すると共に前記第一の流体室側の前記第二の
流体室の端部に開口する制御ポートと、前記シリンダブ
ロックに設けられて前記第二の流体室側の前記第三の流
体室の端部に開口する減圧用給排ポートと、前記シリン
ダブロックに饅けられてこの減庄用給排ポートと反対側
の前記第三の流体室の端部に開口すると共に前記ピスト
ンロンドの前記第三の流体室側への変位により前記開閉
通路と連通ずる加圧給排ポートと、この加圧給排ポート
及び前記減圧給排ポートと圧力流体供給源及び液体貯留
タンクとの間に介装された二位置切換弁とを具えた流体
