ンとを夫々嵌装し、該シリンダの所定室内に対する信号
用作動圧力流体の供給、排出を制御することにより、該
第2のピストンを多段変位せしめ、該第2のピストンの
多段変位に伴ない発生する駆動出力にて、被駆動体を多
段駆動し得る様に構成すると共に、シリンダ内部におい
て該第1及び第2のピストンの何れか一方のピストンに
他方のピストン側へ突出するねじ杆をその突出量が調整
自在なるよう螺合せしめ、該第2のピストンの上記第1
段目変位は該他方のピストン及びねじ杆の当接を介して
なされる構成とした駆動装置。
