Structure of the conventional example and its problems In the conventional electric stove of this type, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the sheathed heater 1 is wound in a spiral shape almost within one plane, and the flatness is as good as possible. It was supported by support fittings 2 so as to maintain its position. The support fitting 2 and the sheathed heater 1 are fixed by caulking the outermost periphery 3 and the innermost periphery 4 in the radial direction so that the sheathed heater 1 can easily expand and contract when energized and stopped, and the other parts are It was simply placed and supported on the support fitting 2''. Therefore, since the portion mounted and supported on the support metal fitting 2 moves freely as the sheathed heater 1 expands and contracts, the lower surface of the sheathed heater 1 is sometimes scratched by the support metal fitting 2. In addition, support metal fittings 2
Since the sheathed heater 1 does not necessarily come into close contact with the support fitting 2 except for the parts that are caulked and fixed due to variations during processing, etc., when placing the pot 5 etc. on the sheathed heater 1 as shown in Fig. 3. The lower surface of the sheathed heater 1 may be damaged by the impact. When power is applied to the sheathed heater 1 with the bottom surface of the sheathed heater 1 damaged in this way, depending on the type of cooking, boiling water may boil over from the pot 5, travel along the outer periphery of the pot 5, and adhere to the sheathed heater 1. There was a problem in that the sheathed heater 1 corroded quickly, especially from scratched parts, due to the salt contained in the broth. Furthermore, although the sheathed heater 1 becomes red hot at about 600°C to 800°C during electrical heating, it is partially cooled at the contact part with the support fitting 1, and the temperature between this contact part is about 150°C. It makes a difference. In this way, if the metal is only locally cooled during heating and energization, thermal stress cracking is likely to occur in ordinary metals. In particular, salt etc. tend to accumulate in the contact area between the sheathed heater 1 and the support fitting 2, so corrosion is more advanced than in other areas, reducing the response performance of the sheathed heater 1. In the state
When the above-mentioned thermal stress is applied, the sheathed heater 1 very easily cracks. When a crack occurs in the sheathed heater 1, moisture infiltrates into the sheathed heater 1 through the crack, making it impossible to provide electrical insulation and causing current leakage, resulting in a very dangerous situation.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the spiral sheathed heater type electric stove of the present invention includes a sheathed heater formed in a spiral shape in substantially one plane, a support fitting located below the sheathed heater, An insulator is interposed between the lower surface of the sheathed heater and the upper end surface of the support fitting.

The sheathed heater 6 has a substantially triangular cross section and is made of a sheath made of an insulating material such as MgO and is covered with a sheath made of an insulating material such as MgO. 7 has a plate thickness of 1~
This is a support fitting made of heat-resistant steel such as 2M stainless steel, and the outermost part 6 of the sheathed heater 6 is attached to this support fitting 7
a and the class inner peripheral portion 6b are caulked and fixed. Reference numeral 8 denotes a layered insulator in which an insulating material such as ceramics, insulating paint, etc. is fixed to the upper end surface of the support fitting 7 excluding the caulked portion by thermal spraying, painting, or the like. The film thickness of this insulator is preferably about 10 to 100 μm, and from the viewpoint of preventing damage to the sheathed heater 6, it is advantageous to give the surface as smooth a finish as possible, especially in the case of thermal spraying of ceramic or the like.

In the above configuration, the lower surface of the sheathed heater 6 is supported in contact with the insulator 8 fixedly formed on the upper end surface of the support metal fitting 7, so that the sheathed heater 6 is not locally cooled during electrical heating, and the heat Since stress cracking can be prevented and the surface of the insulator 8 can be formed relatively smooth, scratches and impact scratches on the lower surface of the sheathed heater 6 can be eliminated and corrosion can be prevented. Furthermore, since the sheathed heater 6 is in contact with the insulator 8, there are also advantages such as less occurrence of electrolytic corrosion.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the electric stove according to the present invention, an insulator is interposed between the lower surface of the sheathed heater and the upper end surface of the support fitting. There is no stress cracking, and scratches and impact scratches can be prevented, resulting in a long life and high safety.
