(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to a pot used in a cooker using electromagnetic induction heating. (Prior art) As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-188415, this type of pot has a magnetic induction heating element made of iron or the like closely attached to the outer bottom of the aluminum pot body, which has good thermal conductivity. It is set up. (Problem that the invention aims to solve) In the case of such a pot, the metal forming the pot body and the metal used as the magnetic induction heating plate have different coefficients of thermal expansion, so it is difficult to use it for cooking for a long time. If this happens, the adhesion between the pot body and the magnetic induction heating plate is impaired, and heat transfer from the magnetic induction heating element to the pot body is reduced, resulting in a decrease in efficiency. As a means to solve such problems, the outer bottom surface of the pot body is formed into an uneven surface to increase the contact area.
Additionally, magnetic metal materials have been thermally sprayed, but thermal efficiency has not yet been improved. Although iron is the most preferable material for the magnetic induction heating element, it is prone to forming pots and has problems in keeping the pots clean. (Means for solving the problem) This invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to maintain close contact between the pot body and the magnetic induction heating element even after long-term use. An electromagnetic device with a new structure that allows metals such as aluminum and pots, which are difficult to use as magnetic induction heating elements, to be used in place of iron because of its low specific resistance and low high-frequency loss. Our goal is to provide cooking pots. This invention for the above purpose forms the pot body from a non-magnetic material, and the outer bottom surface of the pot body has a
The gist is that a metal layer of 5μ to 50μ is provided through a heat-resistant insulating layer of 500μ, and the heat-resistant insulating layer is made of glass, enamel, ceramic, etc., and the metal layer is made of magnetic metal. In addition, it can be made of nonmagnetic metals such as copper, aluminum, tin, lead, zinc, and stainless steel. (Function) In the above structure, the heat-generating metal layer is extremely thin, the thermal expansion that occurs there is small, and in addition, it is in close contact with the heat-resistant insulating layer, so electromagnetic induction heating at the bottom becomes even better, improving heating efficiency. do. Further, this invention will be explained in detail with reference to illustrated examples. (Example) 1 in the figure is a flat-bottomed pot body made of aluminum.
A heat-resistant insulating layer 2 made of ceramic with a thickness of 200 μm is coated on the outer bottom surface, and a metal layer 3 coated with aluminum and formed with a thickness of 30 μm is further provided on the outer surface. The pot body 1 may be made of ceramic, and the bottom portion of the pot body 1 is constructed in the same manner as shown in FIG. Next, the generated output in the case of this invention will be shown in comparison with those of other bottom structures.

In this case, an odor is generated from the pot body 1 during electromagnetic induction heating, but with this invention, no odor is generated. (Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, this invention allows the metal layer at the bottom of the pot body, which is necessary for electromagnetic induction heating, to be formed of non-magnetic metal such as aluminum. Since the heat transfer effect is further improved by the close contact of the pot, the heating efficiency is better than that of the conventional structure, and the pot body can be made of non-magnetic material such as ceramics. Furthermore, when the metal layer is formed of a metal other than iron, there is no need for rust, and the cooking utensil can maintain its cleanliness.
