Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a compact and lightweight design of a cassette loading device by setting the open/close timing of a cassette door before a cassette is shifted vertically. CONSTITUTION:A synchronous gear 7 is coupled to a drive gear 5 via a relay gear 8. The gear 7 has a cam groove 7a and a door arm 9 moves along the groove 7a to open and close a cassette door 10. The gear 7 is turned by about 30 deg. in a period during which a cassette 2 is loaded and pressed until it stops. Then the door 10 opens and closes while the gear 7 is turned. In such a constitution, the cassette 2 can be loaded with no hook between the door 10 and the cassette 2 even if a rotary fulcrum 10a is set as if the tip of the door 10 and an end of the cassette 2 were overlapped on each other when viewed horizontally. Thus the fulcrum 10a is set as shown in a figure and therefore, the horizontal shift distance of the cassette 2 is reduced. This can attain a compact and lightweight design of a cassette loading device.

するものである。

置が大型となり、小型軽量を目的とするポータプルVT

に設定すると、カセット装着装置のカセットフタのタイ

セットドアを開閉するタイミングだとカセットドアとカ
セットがひっかかり実用上問題がある。

ダ1に植立されたビン4が摺動自在に貫通している。側
板3の右側にはモータから動力をえる為のプーリ、歯車
列が用意されている。駆動歯車5には、駆動アーム6が
係止され、駆動アーム6と側板3より突出したカセット
ホルダ1のビン4が連結されている。カセットな挿入し
、スイッチがオンし、モータが駆動し、第4図の装着位
置にカセットが装着する。駆動歯車5と駆動アーム6は
、ねじりバネで連結されているので、カセットがシャー
シ上の位置決めボスにおさまっても、駆動ギヤが回転し
、その為にねじりバネがたわみ、その結果カセットに力
が加わり圧着される。

軽量な、カセット装着装置が可能となる。
