振器であつて、前記レーザー管には、その内部に
設けられた電極に接続する電極端子を支持するた
めの電極端子管が該電極の近辺において突設され
ており、前記電極よりも端部側において、その外
周面および内周面が波状に形成された波状筒部が
設けられてなることを特徴とするガスレーザー発
振器。 2 前記電極端子管は、少なくともその外周面が
波状に形成された波状部を有する実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載のガスレーザー発振器。 3 前記ミラーヘツドは、前記レーザー管の端部
に設けられたフランジ部にボルトにより取付けら
