る。 図中、１はコンデンサエレメント、２は陽極リ
ード、３は電極引出し層、４は第１の外部リード
部材、４ａはＬ形の屈曲部、５は第２の外部リー
ド部材、６はほぼＵ字状の屈曲部、７は屈曲端、
８は樹脂材である。
図は要部斜視図、第３図は従来例の正断面図であ
る。 図中、１はコンデンサエレメント、２は陽極リ
ード、３は電極引出し層、４は第１の外部リード
部材、４ａはＬ形の屈曲部、５は第２の外部リー
ド部材、６はほぼＵ字状の屈曲部、７は屈曲端、
８は樹脂材である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁作用を有する金属部材にて構成したコン
デンサエレメントの陽極リードにＬ形の屈曲部を
有する第１の外部リード部材を溶接すると共に、
コンデンサエレメントの周面に形成された電極引
出し層に第２の外部リード部材を半田付けし、か
つコンデンサエレメントの全周面を樹脂材にて浸
漬外装したものにおいて、上記第２の外部リード
部材の内端部分にほぼＵ字状の屈曲部を形成する
と共に、それの屈曲端をコンデンサエレメントと
第１の外部リード部材のＬ形の屈曲部との間の空
間部分に位置させたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ
。 (2) 第２の外部リード部材のＵ字状の屈曲部を
コンデンサエレメントの周面に沿うように配置し
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。 (3) 第１、第２の外部リード部材を同一方向に
導出したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
