- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁作用を有する金属粉末にて構成し、かつそれ
より弁作用を有する金属線を陽極リードとして導
出してなるコンデンサエレメントの周面に電極引
出し層を形成し、その陽極リード、電極引出し層
より第１、第２の外部リード部材を導出すると共
に、コンデンサエレメントの全周面を外装樹脂材
にて被覆したものにおいて、 前記コンデンサエレメントの頭部に、電極引出
し層を介して半田付け性のない部材層を形成した
ことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
