Traditionally, this type of interior material has been molded by heating and pressurizing fiberboard, which is made by mixing pulp with synthetic resin, or felt impregnated with phenol resin, but there are still no manufacturing methods available for such materials. They sometimes lack ease and moisture resistance, are heavy, and have the disadvantages of poor moldability.

First, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is a paper material 10a having a hollow portion 16a formed by ribs 12a having a corrugated cross section, the hollow portion 16a being made of a paper material that is still in a dried hardener state and that is impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin that forms at least the partition wall 12 of the base layer 10, and having relatively thick board-like paper materials 11a, 11a' bonded to both sides of the hollow portion 16a.
The laminate 17a for use in the production of automobile interior materials comprises a base layer 10a made of the above-mentioned material, a highly adhesive liquid, preferably a copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, applied to the surface thereof, and a first surface layer 15a made of a relatively flexible and heat-insulating woven or nonwoven fabric polymerized thereon via a heat-sealable adhesive 14a which serves as a desiccant 14a for the heat-sealable adhesive, or via the heat-sealable adhesive 14a which has not yet reached a dried film.

As mentioned above, since the paper material 10 is made of paper material 10 in which the hollow portion 16 is formed by the ribs 12 impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin, it is quite lightweight, and since the rib material 12 is impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin, it can be molded. It hardens easily when heated, has excellent shape retention performance after molding, and adds flame retardancy and moisture resistance to the paper quality by curing the resin.

After becoming an interior material, the synthetic resin adhesive film 14a interposed on the surface of the base layer has the effect of increasing the moisture resistance of the laminated material 17a. As described above, this laminated material has a structure in which a nonwoven fabric 15a, etc. is polymerized on a hollow base layer with a synthetic resin film 14a having low thermal conductivity interposed therebetween. The laminated material 17a not only has heat insulation properties and sound absorption properties due to its structure, but also has high heat insulation properties and sound absorption properties due to the soft porous woven or nonwoven fabric 15a on the surface.

And this laminated material 17a for manufacturing automobile interior materials
For this reason, molding processes are inevitably applied to the interior of automobiles. Therefore, the 11th
When forming a molded product having an uneven shape with a desired curved surface as shown in FIG. Since there is little friction with the mold surface and it is easy to slip, even complicated shapes can be molded easily. In addition, since the thermosetting resin impregnated into the base layer 16a is still a dry curing agent, the condensed water of the thermosetting synthetic resin impregnated into the base layer 10 temporarily increases the stiffness of the paper by hot pressure during press molding. Therefore, when forming a curved surface, it is easy to stretch the outer paper material 11a and compress the inner paper material 11a', or vice versa, and this not only facilitates curved surface processing on the base layer and improves press forming work efficiency, but also improves the efficiency of press forming after pressing. The synthetic resin dries and hardens and has strong shape retention. Since the heat-sealing adhesive is made into a dry film or a state close to a dry film, there is no need to prevent unplanned adhesion of parts or contamination due to oozing of the adhesive before or during press processing. The work is easy, and since the adhesive is in the form of a film, by heating it during molding, the heat-sealable adhesive film 14a reliably exhibits its effect, and is more easily bonded to the base layer 10a and the woven fabric. surface first layer 15a

In another embodiment of the present invention, instead of the corrugated rib 12a of the base layer 10a in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG.
Paper partition walls 12b that divide the space between the front and back plate-like paper materials, which are orthogonal to 1b', are arranged at appropriate intervals in parallel in one direction as shown in 12b in FIG. 5, or in parallel in one direction as shown in FIG. 6 12c. Since the base layer 2b is perpendicular to both surfaces of the substrate, the base layer 10b is different from the base layer material 17a of the first embodiment.
It has the advantage of high strength. Particularly, as in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a honeycomb-shaped partition wall material 12c
In the case of , there is no directionality in strength, so the base material 17c is lightweight and strong against stress.

As mentioned above, the present invention has a hollow structure in which the space between both plate-like paper materials 11 and 11' as front and back materials is held as a hollow part 16 divided by a rib material or partition wall 12 that intersects with the front and back materials. A base layer 10 made of a paper material, at least the paper material forming the rib material or partition walls is impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin, and the resin is in the state of a dry curing agent, and a heat-sealing adhesive is applied to the surface of the base layer. Since this is a laminated material for manufacturing automobile interior materials characterized by a structure in which a surface layer 15 of nonwoven fabric is polymerized through a membrane 14, it is easy to press heat molding, and the automobile interior materials after molding are as described above. Not only is it lightweight and relatively flame retardant and moisture resistant, it also has considerable heat insulation and sound absorption properties, and it also fits easily into the mold during molding and retains its shape even after molding. This is a laminated material for manufacturing automobile interior materials that has many advantages such as: In short, in the automobile interior material molded using the laminated material 17 according to the present invention, the base layer 10 has a hollow portion 16 to which a rib or partition material 12 is fixed, and is impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin. It becomes a cured product, with a heat-sealable adhesive film 14 interposed between the surface and the base layer, and a nonwoven fabric 15 polymerized, resulting in an automobile interior material that has both flexibility and heat insulation properties.

In order to manufacture automobile interior materials using the laminated material according to the present invention, the thermosetting synthetic resin impregnated into the hollow structure paper material 10 is heated and hardened, so that the laminated material 17 retains its shape sufficiently. It goes without saying that the work of imparting properties is not necessarily limited to obtaining the desired resin curing only during the heating and pressing step during press molding, and may be supplemented in the next step.
