の摺動保持を行なつていた。この構造の場合、型
枠の製造に当つては案内杆7′と案内管6′はそれ
ぞれ別個に溶接作業を行なわなばならない為、両
者の芯出しに高い精度を要求され、又、はめ合い
をラフに仕上げた場合は、案内管6′の長さが構
造上あまり長くとれないので、妻板のブレを吸収
出来ず、ネジ棒の回転を重くし、作業能率を低下
させていた。

ネジ棒3により開閉される2板の妻板4とより成
る型枠Aに於いて、内枠の両端内部にそれぞれ所
要間隔を持つた複数の仕切板5を設け、同仕切板
を貫通する二つの案内孔6をネジ棒を中心に対称
位置に穿設すると共に、同案内孔6には、妻板4
の該案内孔6と対応する位置に植設された案内杆
7が摺動自在に遊嵌されて妻板4を保持すること
を特徴としたU字側溝成形用型枠に於ける妻板の
摺動保持構造にある。
