状ロータリム、該ロータリムの外周に周方向に所
定の間隔をもつて配された磁極より構成された回
転子と、該回転子に対向して配され、かつ少なく
とも固定子鉄心と固定子コイルより構成された固
定子と、該固定子の外側に配された空気冷却器よ
りなる回転電機において、前記ロータリムの軸方
向長さを磁極より長くし、磁極より出張つたロー
タリム部に通風ダクトを配設したことを特徴とす
