転子、及び上記回転子の外廟に空隙を介して配設された
固定子を有するものにおいて、上記固定子の外周側に制
御ファンを配設し、上記ロータスポークの内部で上記通
風穴の位置より外周側の位置に仕切壁に支持された制御
弁を配設し、循環風量を制御するようにしたことを特徴
