Claims (1)
- 一方面が吸着面を構成した一対の継鉄間に、高
保磁力磁石と外周に励磁コイルを巻回した低保磁
力磁石とを、相互の磁化方向を平行に、少なくと
も一対並列配置し、磁性体の吸着時に低保磁力磁
石を高保磁力磁石と同方向に磁化し、非吸着時に
低保磁力磁石を高保磁力磁石と逆方向に磁化して
なることを特徴とする永電磁型吸着装置。
