本考案積層研磨シートを研磨機の平面板に装着す
る態様を示す拡大側断面略図であつて、図中１は
研磨材、２はホツトメルト接着剤層、２′はその
フイルム状態、３は両面粘着テープ、４は離型紙
、５は研磨機の平面板、６はヒートローラー、７
は押さえローラーである。
