Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve processing capacity by determining the respective component contents per unit weight of sales or the respective component contents per unit number of the samples in an arithmetic part from the outputs from an automatic analyzing part using chromatography and automatic weighing part. CONSTITUTION:The total weight of the samples is measured by a balance 24 in the automatic weighing part 11 and the result of weighing is fed to a computer 28. The samples are then supplied to an automatic pulverizing and extracting device 14 of the automatic analyzing part 10 and the extraction liquid thereof is injected into the column 20 of a liquid chromatographic device 13 by which the liquid is automatically analyzed. The results of the analysis are integrated 18 and are outputted to the computer 28. The computer 28 determines the average weight per piece of the sample from the total weight of the samples and the number of the samples. The computer determines the content of each component per piece of the sample from the output from the integrator 18 and the number of the samples for one time, determines each content per unit weight of the samples from the output from the integrator 18 and the total weight of the samples and prints 27 the results of the calcula tion. The respective component contents are thus automatically determined without the tran scription of data and manual calculation, by which the processing capacity is improved and the generation of an error by the manual operation is prevented.

Conventional technology and its problems Analyzers for tablets and other products using chromatography include liquid chromatography equipment, automatic sample crushing and extraction equipment, extract liquid delivery pumps, and automatic injection for injecting extract liquid into liquid chromatography equipment. A device is known that includes a device and an integrator that integrates the analysis results of the liquid chromatography device. Using this device, you can crush the sample,
Extraction, injection, analysis, and integration of analysis results can be performed automatically to determine the content of each component in all samples used for analysis. When analyzing a sample, it is necessary to determine the content of each component per unit weight of the sample from the content of each component in the entire sample, and conventionally this has been done manually as follows. That is, prior to analysis, the total weight of the required number of samples and the weight of the sample used for analysis are weighed using a balance, and the results are recorded on a data sheet.

When the analysis of the sample is completed, the content of each component per unit weight of the sample is manually calculated using the analysis results and the previous weighing results. As described above, conventional analyzers require manual labor to process analysis results, which is inefficient and prone to errors when copying and calculating data.

After one sample has been weighed, all the samples are supplied to the automatic crushing and extraction device (14) of the analysis section (10). The sample supplied to the automatic crushing and extracting device (14) is automatically crushed and extracted, and the extract liquid is sent to the automatic injection device (16) via the control device (19) by the liquid sending pump (15). This injects it into the column (20) of the liquid chromatography device (13). The liquid chromatography device @ (13) automatically analyzes the extract injected into the column (20), records the results in the form of a magneticogram on the recorder (17), and also records the results on the integrator (18). The computer (28) of the calculation unit (12) first calculates the average weight of one sample from the total weight of one batch of samples and the number of samples. In addition, the content of each component per sample is determined from the output of the integrator (18) of the analysis section (10) and the number of samples for one batch, and the output of the integrator (18) and the total weight of the sample are calculated. Find the content of each component per unit weight of the sample.

Grinding and extraction of the sample may be performed manually. In this case, a commercially available injection device (autosampler) (30) is connected to the liquid O-magnetography device (13), and the extract is thereby injected into the column (20). In this case, prior to analysis, the total weight of the required number of samples is weighed using a balance (24), and the results are transferred to a computer (28).
At the same time, the number of samples at this time is input from the display device (29) to the computer (28) and stored. Then, all of these samples are pulverized, and all or part of them are used for analysis. When using all of the pulverized samples, the analysis results are processed in the same manner as described above to determine the content of each component per sample and the content of each component per unit weight of the sample.

When using only a portion of the crushed sample, use a balance (24
) to separately weigh the weight of the sample used for analysis, and store the results in the computer (28). Then, the computer (28) calculates the content of each component per unit weight of the sample from the output of the integrator (18) and [1] of the sample used for analysis, and calculates the content of each component per unit weight of the sample and the sample 1 calculated in the same manner as above. The content of each component per sample is determined from the average weight of each sample.

Effects of the Invention The automatic analyzer according to the present invention has an automatic analysis section (10
), an automatic weighing section (11) that weighs the sample and outputs the weighing result, an analysis section (10), and a weighing section (11).
It is equipped with a calculation section (12) which is connected to and calculates at least the content of each component per unit weight of the sample or at least the content of each component per unit number of samples based on these outputs, so it is easy to copy the data. The content of each component per unit weight of a sample or the content of each component per unit number of samples can be automatically determined without manual calculation. Therefore, the processing capacity is improved several times (for example, 3 to 5 times) compared to the conventional one, and errors are less likely to occur.
