第１図、第２図は本考案に係わる回転子及び磁
極の極性説明図、第３図は溶接用巻線の電機子反
作用の起磁力による磁束分布説明図、第４図は６
相半波整流型溶接出力を備えた交流出力併合溶接
発電機の回路構成例、第５図は３相全波整流型に
した溶接用巻線の接続図、第６図は本考案に係わ
る交流出力併合溶接発電機の溶接出力外部特性曲
線、第７図は本考案に係わる交流出力併合溶接発
電機の交流出力外部特性曲線、第８図、第９図は
従来の交流出力併合溶接発電機の説明図を示して
いる。 図中、１は回転子、２ないし７は溝、９，１０
は補極、１１ないし１４は磁極、２０ないし２５
は溶接用巻線、２６は整流ダイオード、２７はリ
アクタ、２９は単相交流出力巻線、３２は自励出
力巻線、３３は整流ダイオード、３６は界磁巻線
、３８は溶接用巻線、３９は整流ダイオードを表
している。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 溶接用巻線と単相交流出力巻線との２巻線が巻
    回された固定子と、凸極型界磁回転子とを備えた
    エンジン駆動の交流出力併合溶接発電機において
    、回転子に界磁巻線が巻回されない対の補極を設
    けると共に、該補極は無負荷時において両隣りの
    磁極に巻回された界磁巻線により両隣りの磁極の
    極性と相異なる極性の磁極となる構造の回転子と
    なし、溶接用巻線に溶接電流が流れたとき、溶接
    用巻線の電機子反作用により上記補極の極性が反
    転し、溶接時における単相交流出力巻線の電圧変
    動を改善するようにしたことを特徴とする交流出
    力併合溶接発電機。
