However, in a heat exchanger l equipped with this type of tube cleaning device, the fluid passing through the tubes 3 is generally very dirty and contains a large amount of foreign matter. When the heat exchanger l is operated for a long time using such a fluid, foreign matter will adhere to the storage container 5 and the cleaning material 6.The flow direction of the internal fluid will be switched, and the foreign matter will be removed by the cleaning process. When the material 6 moves, it often peels off.

However, the separated foreign matter is likely to be captured by the storage container 5 or the cleaning material 6 on the downstream side, and in the end, the foreign material simply moves back and forth between the storage containers at both ends of the tube within the water chamber when the flow direction is reversed. become. As this situation continues, the amount of foreign matter attached to or captured by the storage container 5 and the cleaning material 6 increases, flow resistance increases, the fluid flow becomes poor, and the movement of the cleaning material also becomes poor. It's coming. A similar phenomenon is observed between the water chamber and the switching valve.

[Means and effects for solving the problems] As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a container for cleaning material at both ends of a tube that opens into the water chamber of a heat exchanger, and stores the cleaning material therein. In a tube cleaning device for a heat exchanger that cleans the inner wall of the tube by reciprocating the inside of the tube using the pressing force of the internal fluid, the flow direction of the fluid in the tube is reversed in the water chamber in which the storage container is installed. The present invention aims to provide a tube cleaning device for a heat exchanger, which is equipped with a blow valve that directly discharges a portion of the fluid in the water chamber to the outside. Every time the flow direction is reversed, part of the foreign matter separated from the container and/or cleaning material is immediately discharged from the water chamber to the outside of the heat exchanger,
The amount of foreign matter reaching other containers or switching valves in the same water chamber, or passing through the tube and reaching the container on the opposite side can be significantly reduced.

FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention, in which the heat exchanger 1 has a water chamber 4 divided into parts A and C at the left end and a water chamber 4' at the right end, and a tube 3 This is a so-called two-pass type device in which portions A and C of the water chamber 4 are communicated with upper and lower portions B2 and B of the water chamber 4°, respectively. At both ends of the tube 3, storage containers 5 for storing cleaning materials 6 are provided. Parts A, C of the water chamber 4 are each connected by a pipe 8.9 to a four-way valve 10, which is connected by a pipe 11.12 to a four-way valve 10.
It communicates with a fluid pressure source and a drain port (not shown), respectively. In the illustrated state, the fluid flows as indicated by solid arrows, and the cleaning materials 6 are stored in the containers 5 in portions B+ and C, respectively. Therefore, when the four-way valve 10 is switched as shown by the dotted line, the fluid flows in the opposite direction as shown by the dotted line arrow, and at this time, the cleaning material 6 pushed by the fluid moves while cleaning the inside of the tube 3, and the two cases of AlB are stored. It is stored in container 5.

By the way, when the flow direction is switched from the illustrated state, the foreign matter separated from the cleaning material 6 and the inner wall of the tube moves, for example, inside the tube 3 and reaches part 82. However, this foreign material cannot enter the tube 3 from B, and even if it enters the tube 3, it is difficult to pass through the four-way valve 10. Therefore, no matter how many times the four-way valve 10 is switched, the foreign material within the water chamber 4° , part B
It is difficult to be discharged just by going back and forth between 1 and 82, and the amount will gradually increase. If the machine is operated in this way for a long period of time, the Bl, 82 portion will actually promote the accumulation of foreign matter. Similarly, foreign matter accumulates in portions C and A.

In this embodiment, a blow valve 13 is attached to the water chamber 4''. This blow valve I3 is opened when the fluid flow direction is changed, and the blow valve I3 is opened when the flow direction of the fluid is changed, and the blow valve I3 is opened when the fluid flow direction is changed, and the blow valve I3 is opened when the flow direction of the fluid is changed. Foreign matter that is peeled off and enters the water chamber 4' is directly discharged to the outside.

This blow valve 13 includes each part A1B of the water chamber 4.4",
, B, , and C may be provided, but in a two-bath type heat exchanger such as the one described above, foreign matter is particularly likely to stagnate in the water chamber 4's B, , , 81 portion. Significant effects can be expected just by providing it. In addition, when the blow valve 13 is opened, when the flow is reversed, the cleaning material 6 moves and foreign matter adhering to the storage container 5 and the cleaning material 6 is peeled off. It is a good idea to start opening the . Since peeling is completed within several minutes, 10 minutes at most is sufficient.
