次元的構造を有する車体などの実際形状に則してワイヤ

外し、運搬、車体への取付作業などの間に曲がりやネジ
リが生じないため、車体への取付けも簡単になる。さら
に、割治具には所望の立体的形状の配線径路を形成する
ことができ、従来の平面状の配置と異なり、分岐1.や
その方向などの制約が少なく、ワイヤハーネスの組立て
も容易となる。また、上記成型品8を使った一体成型に
より、従来のテープ巻きのような面倒な作業が殆どいら
