Claims (1)
- 一対の送りローラにより、間歇的に糸はんだを
送り出す糸はんだ供給装置においてローラによつ
て送り出された糸はんだを所定のはんだ付位置に
導くための、可撓性を有するパイプの先端に、圧
縮エアーを導くための管と、パイプの内側より糸
はんだ供給口から圧縮エアーを噴出させる機構を
設けたことを特徴とする糸はんだ供給装置。
