Conventional technology and its problems Accumulators are widely used in conventional water supply systems or hot water heating systems as pressure accumulators or water hammer prevention devices, but air or inert gas is sealed in advance into a tank at a constant pressure. After that, in a simple type where water is directly supplied and drained, some of the gas is absorbed or dissolved in the water,
There is a risk of an unexpected accident occurring in the water supply and drainage equipment.
For this reason, in recent years, many types of tanks have been seen in which a flexible diaphragm is fixed to the middle of the tank at its periphery to prevent direct contact with gas and liquid. However, even in this type of system, it is still insufficient in terms of corrosion and contamination of the liquid due to direct contact between the liquid and the inner surface of the tank, and it is also difficult to use water supply and drainage systems, especially those for drinking water. However, cleaning and other maintenance inside the tank, hygiene, etc. are not always sufficient. In addition, there are various drawbacks such as the flow of water during supply and discharge of liquid is not smooth and, in extreme cases, vibration or noise is generated.

The effect of the above configuration will be explained next. First, compressed air is filled in the tank 1 through the air supply port 9 until a predetermined pressure is reached, and the bag body 3 is opened at the opening 4.
The other parts except the front and back are deformed and contracted until the front and back are in close contact with each other. After reaching a predetermined pressure, the air supply port 9 is shut off, and then a water supply system such as a pump (not shown) is connected.
Water is supplied through a communication port 8 that communicates with the bag body 3, and the water enters the bag body 3 from the communication port 8 through a plurality of holes 7 provided in the retainer 6. Accordingly, as the amount of water supplied increases, the bag body 3 changes from its initial flat state to a bolt-like shape and expands to the state shown in the figure to accommodate the supplied water. At the start of water supply, the bag body 3
However, since a bowl-shaped retainer 6 is attached to the inner periphery of the opening 4, the opening 4 does not become flat, and water is supplied to the bag body 3. Since the water enters from the bottom, there is no problem such as vibration of the bag body 3, which often occurs when water enters. Once the predetermined amount of water has been filled, the water supply is shut off.
Next, in order to discharge the water contained in the bag 3, the system fluidly connected to the communication port 8 is activated, and the air pressure in the tank 1 causes the water in the bag 3 to flow into the retainer 6. It is pushed out and discharged from the communication port 8. During the water supply and drainage, the retainer 6 is provided with a plurality of holes 7 facing the bag body 3, so that the water flow is rectified and no head loss due to turbulence occurs. It also prevents abnormal deformation of the bag body due to polarized head flow. As above,
If a control means is attached to the communication port 8, water within a predetermined pressure range can be supplied and discharged between the water supply source and the water usage system. Even when the water inside the bag 3 is completely drained, the opening 4 of the bag 3 opens downward and the opening 4 of the bag 3
Since the retainer 6 is attached to the inner surface of the bag body 3, the water contained in the bag body 3 can be completely discharged without being blocked at the opening part 4. Further, when performing maintenance or inspection inside the tank 1 or replacing the bag 3, the bag 3 and other constituent members can be easily taken out from the opening 2 of the tank 1 by removing the flange 5.

In addition, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, by connecting the upper part of the bag body to the tank, it is possible to prevent the bag body 3 from swinging, shifting, etc., and to maintain it in a stable state. inspection, maintenance, etc. become easier.

In this embodiment, air and water have been described as the gas and liquid, but it goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained when other gases and liquids are used. Furthermore, although rubber is shown as an example of the bag, it may be made of materials other than rubber as long as it has sufficient corrosion resistance against the gases and liquids used, and as long as it has elasticity and flexibility. can. Furthermore, it is a matter of course that the materials constituting the tank and the like may be non-ferrous or non-metallic materials in addition to steel materials. Furthermore, the state of engagement between the constituent members, such as the structure in which the retainer opening is sandwiched between flanges, the retainer and the bag body, or the retainer and the flange, may be fixed during use. Various modifications are possible depending on the situation and other conditions.
