ンダの基端室と先端室とを連通する孔が前記ピス
トンに穿設され、この孔の前記先端室に面する端
部に、弁座が形成されると共に、この弁座に押圧
手段により押圧されつつ弁体が就座可能とされて
なる吸入弁が配設され、前記シリンダの先端室に
吐出弁が配設されると共に、シリンダの基端室に
前記孔と外部流体源とを連通する吸入口が形成さ
