記シリンダ体が互いに連通可能とされるシリンダ
大径部とシリンダ小径部とを備えてなり、これら
のシリンダ大径部及びシリンダ小径部には前記ピ
ストン手段を構成するピストン大径部とピストン
小径部とがそれぞれ大径及び小径パツキング手段
を介して水気密状態で摺設され、前記シリンダ大
径部に前記大径パツキング手段によつて互いに分
離される大径部室及び吸入口を備える吸入室が形
成され、これらの大径部室及び吸入室は吸入弁を
介して互いに連通され、この大径部室は吐出弁及
び調圧弁を介して余水口に連通され、前記ピスト
ン小径部に前記小径パツキング手段を介して前記
大径部室と分離される小径部室が画設され、この
小径部室は吸入弁を介して前記大径部室に連通さ
れると共に、この小径部室が吐出弁を介して吐出
