For example, as in JP-A-57-11661, a plastic pipe extruded from an extruder is introduced into a molding tunnel consisting of a large number of movable molding pieces formed with semicircular uneven surfaces facing each other, and the It is known to form a predetermined wavy shape by spreading it out on a molding piece.

However, there were problems in that it required a considerable amount of cost and time to manufacture, and had disadvantages in forming the corrugated tube.

The gist of the method is to form a laminated tube having inner and outer layers made of a sticky and deformable material such as thin metal and an intermediate layer made of rubber or plastic, and to shape the laminated tube into a corrugated shape. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a corrugated tube, comprising the step of peeling and removing the inner and outer layers from the laminated tube.

Alternatively, the intermediate layer (5) may be formed by spirally winding a tape impregnated with unvulcanized rubber around a base fabric such as glass cloth, and polymerizing the side edges thereof. Alternatively, it may be formed by spirally winding various thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic tapes.

。(Operations and Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, a tube wall made of a polymeric material such as rubber can be plastically deformed into an uneven shape along with the inner and outer layers without using a mold. In addition to being able to easily form corrugated pipes with the desired diameter, it is also possible to use heat-resistant plastics such as polyimide, PPS, and PBT, which are difficult to melt-mold, unlike general thermoplastics. It has the advantage of being able to manufacture corrugated tubes with good flexibility, and is of great industrial value.
