Traditionally, storm shutters used in general buildings are made by attaching a pair of vertical frames to the left and right ends of the upper and lower side frames to form a rectangular door frame, and then inserting a metal panel into the door frame. The butt parts of each stile are mainly fixed together, but when this type of stile is installed outside the window frame, a single piece is attached to the inside of the stile that makes up the shutter. Since the metal panels are simply stretched, in the summer, the metal panels that are exposed to direct sunlight become hot, and the air on the indoor side becomes warmer, significantly reducing indoor cooling efficiency. Due to its low sound insulation properties, it is not possible to insulate external noise in buildings along railway lines or expressways. In addition, the insulating rain shutters that the applicant has recently developed and applied for are installed on the outdoor side between the left and right stiles. After arranging the metal panels and placing a horizontal crossbeam between the indoor sides of both stiles, we installed insulation panels with trimmings on both left and right ends, sandwiching the crossbeams to the indoor sides of both stiles. After plugging it in,
Since the upper and lower horizontal stiles are connected to the upper and lower ends of the vertical stile, when assembling the stile, the stile is assembled while holding the outdoor panel and the indoor panel, so it is extremely time-consuming to assemble. In the past, the workability was poor, and it was not possible to form an economical insulating storm door by using existing metal storm shutters and attaching insulation panels over them.

In the figure, reference numerals 1 and 2 denote a pair of upper and lower horizontal frames, which are formed into a substantially H-shaped cross section, and have horizontal parts 5 and 6 protruding toward the indoor side on the indoor side hanging piece 3 and the indoor side rising piece 4. be. Reference numerals 7 and 8 denote a pair of vertical frames to be attached to both the left and right ends of the horizontal frames 1 and 2, each having a rectangular cylindrical cross section, and forming a fitting groove 10 for a metal panel 9 on the outdoor side of the corresponding surface. Projecting pieces 11 and 12 are provided to protrude. Reference numeral 13 designates a door stile assembled into a rectangular shape, with a pair of left and right vertical stiles 7 and 8 abutting the left and right ends of a pair of upper and lower horizontal stiles 1 and 2, and the above-mentioned panel 9 is stretched on the inside and outdoor side to form a predetermined shape. A metal shutter A is formed. 14 and 15 are heat insulating panels corresponding to the indoor side of the metal storm door A, which are parallel to the panel 9 stretched on the outdoor side and divided into upper and lower halves. 16 is the above heat insulation panel 14, 15
It is a holding frame that is fixed to the door stile 13, and a horizontal bar 19 is horizontally suspended between the left and right edge members 17, 18, which are approximately Z-shaped in cross section, and the front H-shape or the upper and lower sides of the H-shape are provided with cross-sectional edge members 20, 21 is framed in the shape of the Japanese character ``Japanese'' and applied to the heat insulating panels 14 and 15, and the heat insulating panels 14 and 15 are divided into upper and lower parts by the horizontal beam 19, and then fixed to the door frame 13 with screws or rivets 22. At this time, the edge materials 17 and 18 of the holding frame 16 are attached to the vertical frames 7 and 8.
The rivets 22 are attached to the protruding pieces 12 and 13 of.
When the holding frame 16 is H-shaped in front, edge materials 20 and 2 are attached to the upper and lower ends of the heat insulating panels 14 and 15 in advance.
1 is fitted, or a border material (not shown) having a square cross section is used. 23 is stile 7,

One embodiment of the insulating rain door according to the present invention is constructed as described above, so when assembling this insulating rain door now, first arrange the upper and lower horizontal frames 1 and 2 at a predetermined interval, and then A pair of vertical frames 7 and 8 are placed on both left and right ends of frames 1 and 2 to form a rectangular door frame 13, and a panel 9 is fitted on the inside of the door frame 13 on the outdoor side. . , 15, place the restraining frame 16 set in a front H shape or the shape of the Japanese character ``Japanese character'', and press this restraining frame 1.
The upper and lower insulation panels 1 are connected by horizontal bars 19 at 6.
Divide 4 and 15 into two with a partition. At this time, the horizontal groove 24 of the horizontal crosspiece 19 is inserted between the upper and lower heat insulating panels 14 and 15.
are inserted, and the indoor lower surfaces and indoor upper surfaces of the heat insulating panels 14 and 15 are held down by the holding edges 19a and 19b. In addition, the holding edges 3 of the left and right edge materials 17 and 18
0 and 31 to suppress the end faces and indoor side surfaces of the upper and lower heat insulating panels 14 and 15. And the above edge material 1
The fastening edges 32, 32 of the frames 7, 18 are fastened to the projecting pieces 12, 12 of the vertical frames 7, 8. In this way, it is possible to obtain a heat-insulating shutter consisting of multi-layer heat-insulating panels 9, 14, 15. Also, when using an existing metal shutter as necessary, attach the insulation panels 14 and 15 to the already formed metal shutter in the same manner as above and press the frame 16.
The holding frame 16 is fixed to the door stile 13 while being held down, thereby forming a predetermined heat-insulating storm door.
Alternatively, the heat insulating panels 14, 15 and the restraining frame 16 may be combined in advance, and the heat insulating panels 14, 15 with the restraining frame 16 may be fixed to the door frame 13 as is.

Furthermore, by installing these multi-layered panels 9, 14, 15, even if the panel 9 on the outdoor side exposed to direct sunlight becomes hot during use in the summer, the heat insulating panels 14, 15 on the outdoor side will keep the roof warm. Since it prevents the inside air from becoming hot, there is no reduction in indoor cooling efficiency, and the insulation panels 14 and 15 provide good sound insulation, so it can be used in buildings along railway lines or highways. However, it has the practical effect of sufficiently insulating external noise.

As mentioned above, the insulating rain door according to the present invention is a metal rain door in which a metal panel is arranged on the outdoor side of a rectangular door frame in which a pair of left and right vertical frames are in contact with both left and right ends of a pair of upper and lower horizontal frames. , a horizontal crossbar is hung horizontally between the left and right edge materials to form an H-shape in front, or further edge materials are attached to the upper and lower ends of the left and right edge materials to form the shape of the Japanese character Japanese character, and the above-mentioned Insulating panels are divided into two parts at the upper and lower parts of the horizontal rails, and a restraining frame is arranged on the indoor side of the metal storm door, and the horizontal rails of the restraining frame have a horizontal groove that enters between the upper and lower insulation panels, and a horizontal groove inserted between the upper and lower insulation panels. Each of the upper and lower insulation panels has a restraining edge that suppresses an indoor lower surface and an indoor upper surface, and the left and right edge materials of the restraining frame extend to the side of the restraining edge that suppresses the end face and indoor side surface of the said insulation panel. Since the metal storm door has fastening edges that are fastened to the left and right vertical frames of the metal rain door, when assembling this insulating rain door, the metal rain door is assembled in advance in the same way as conventional rain doors, and then the formed Align the insulation panel to the indoor side of the metal storm door and secure it with a restraining frame framed in an H-shape or sun-shape, or attach the restraining frame to the insulation panel in advance and attach the restraining frame as is. Since the insulating rain shutters can be easily formed using chisels, the workability of assembly is extremely good and mass production is excellent. Also, since the insulating panels are divided into two parts and partitioned by horizontal bars, there is no chance of warping that is typical of long panels. Moreover, since the insulation panel can be fixed simply by fastening the restraining frame to the door frame, it has the unique effect of allowing existing metal shutters to be used as they are to be used as insulation shutters.
