    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧縮機、室内、外側熱交換器、受液器、絞り装
    置等からなるヒートポンプ回路を備えてなる冷暖
    房給湯装置において、前記受液器側部から直接導
    出される液冷媒を冷媒加熱器に導入するとともに
    この冷媒加熱器から導出された加熱冷媒を前記室
    内側熱交換器側に導く冷媒バイパス路を有し、か
    つこのバイパス路中に設けられた冷媒ポンプの入
    口側に冷媒冷却部を設けたことを特徴とするヒー
    トポンプ式冷暖房給湯装置。
