Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出湯栓９の開き操作に連係して加熱作動するこ
    とにより給湯用温水を給湯路８を介して前記出湯
    栓９に供給する給湯用加熱装置２と、循環ポンプ
    １５を介装した暖房用熱媒液循環系１１の循環熱
    媒液を加熱する暖房用加熱装置３とを備えた給湯
    ・暖房装置であつて、給湯用温水を前記給湯路８
    の前記出湯栓９近くから前記給湯用加熱装置２に
    戻す路１６を設け、前記給湯路８と前記戻り路１
    ６とにわたる給湯用温水循環系８，１６において
    温水を循環させる循環ポンプ１７を設け、前記給
    湯用温水循環系８，１６における給湯用温水を前
    記暖房用熱媒液循環系１１を循環する熱媒液と熱
    交換させて加熱する熱交換器１９を設け、前記給
    湯用温水循環系８，１６における温水温度を検出
    するセンサー２０を設け、そのセンサー２０から
    の情報に基づいて、検出温度が設定以下であれば
    前記給湯用循環ポンプ１７、前記暖房用循環ポン
    プ１５、並びに、前記暖房用加熱装置３を自動的
    に作動させる制御手段４Ｂを設けた給湯・暖房装
    置。
