Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide highly practical effects such as not necessitating draining condensate from a drain pan, and effective to prevent condensate from overflowing into a room from the drain pan, by providing a water absorber made of a resin of high absorptivity in the drain pan. CONSTITUTION:A water absorber 28 is provided in a drain pan 25. It consists of a bag 26 made of paper in which about 1g of powdered higher aqueous resin 27 which has a drying characteristics by absorbing water 1,000 times as heavy as its own weight such as polyacrylic soda is sealed. Moisture contained in discharge air from a room 3 is condensed into condensate by cool suction air from outdoors 34. The condensate rips on the press board 29 of a drain pan 25, led into the drain pan 25 guided by the inclined plane of a press board 29, and is absorbed by the water absorber 28. By the effect of the water absorber 28, the condensate will never overflow from the drain pan 25.

[Embodiment of the Invention] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below as shown in the drawings. First, in Fig. 1, 1 is a wall on the outside side of the room, and 2 is a wall on the inside side of the room, which are installed twice in relation to the room 3, and a rim 4 is embedded in the surface of the wall 2 facing the room 3. It is arranged. Reference numeral 5 denotes an outer casing which is screwed to the rim 4 and attached to the surface of the wall 2 facing the chamber 3, and on one side inside thereof are an intake fan 8 and an exhaust fan, of which only the casing 6 and 7 are shown in Fig. 2. 9 are placed side by side. Reference numeral 10 denotes a partition wall that is inside the outer casing 5 and isolates the above-mentioned one side from the remaining other side, and this partition wall has ventilation holes at each of the front and rear parts of the upper part, through which the respective discharge sides of the intake fan 8 and the exhaust fan 9 face, respectively. 11.12 is formed. Reference numeral 13 denotes a heat exchanger disposed on the other side of the outer casing 5 near the upper part of the heat exchanger, and is disposed over the entire width of the heat exchanger. The heat exchange element 16 formed by bonding the heat exchange elements 15 and 15 is stacked one by one in alternate directions in different directions to form a heat exchange element 16 extending from the rear upper surface facing the ventilation hole 11 to the lower front surface of the other side of the outer casing 5. A ventilation path 18 that opens to the front lower surface facing the indoor air outlet 17 and a rear lower surface facing the outdoor air outlet 19 located at the lower rear surface of the other side of the outer casing 5 from the front upper surface facing the ventilation hole 12. It has a rhombic rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open ventilation passage 20, and its upper, lower, front, and rear square parts are respectively shielded by small partition walls 21, 22, 23° 24, which are integrated with or separate from the outer casing. It is extinct. 25 is the heat exchanger 13
A dew pan 25 is located below the rear lower surface and placed on the inner bottom surface of the outer casing 5. As shown in FIG. 1, which can absorb water 1,000 times its own weight, such as sodium acrylate
A water absorbing body 28 sealed with powdered super absorbent resin 27 of about 100 g is provided inside. , 29 is a holding plate attached to the tray 25 so as to hold the water absorbent body 28, and the upper surface thereof is inclined. 30 is the outdoor exhaust port 19 of the outer casing 5
The exhaust duct 31 is connected to this pipe joint from the rear outside the outer casing 5. Reference numeral 32 denotes an outdoor air intake port formed at the lower part of the rear surface of one side of the outer casing 5 to correspond to the suction side of the intake fan 8. An air intake duct 33 is connected to this, and an exhaust duct 31 is connected to this. and intake duct 33
passes through walls 2 and 1 and faces the outdoors 34. Furthermore, 35 is an indoor air intake port formed at the upper front surface of one side of the outer casing 5 to correspond to the intake side of the exhaust fan 9.

First, when the intake fan 8 and the exhaust fan 9 are put into operation, the intake fan 8 sucks the air from outside the room 34 into the room 3 along the route shown by the arrow A in the figure, while the exhaust fan 9 sucks the air from the room 3
The air inside is discharged to the outside 34 along the route shown by arrow B in the figure. At this time, in the heat exchanger 13, the moisture contained in the exhaust air (air inside the room 3) is condensed by the low-temperature intake air (air outside the room 34) to generate dew, and the dew is disposed in a lower dew pan as shown in the figure. 25
The water drops onto the holding plate 29 , is guided by the inclined surface of the holding plate 29 , enters the inside of the dew pan 25 , and is absorbed by the water absorbing body 28 .

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings. For example, the water absorbent body may be one that does not have drying properties, and in that case, the water absorbent body may be dried at an appropriate time. It goes without saying that modifications can be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention, such as by simply replacing the parts.
