互作用により前記駆動桿2を電源周波数に応じて
その長手方向に往復移動させるように構成してあ

て、前記永久磁石3が希土類磁石から構成されて
いることを特徴とする電磁振動型ダイヤフラム式
エアーポンプ。 前記永久磁石3が希土類コバルト磁石である
