空気発生器（ボルテクス管）、１２はコールドプレート
、１３．１５はノズル、１４はカバーを示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板に配列された半導体素子に冷却用空気を送風するこ
    とにより該半導体素子を冷却する空冷構造において、送
    風手段より送られる圧縮空気をボルテツクス理論により
    低温空気とする手段と、該低温空気を案内する通風路と
    、該通風路より該低温空気を噴出するよう、前記半導体
    素子のそれぞれの直上に配設されたノズルとを具備した
    ことを特徴とする空冷構造。
